Heartland AEA Troubleshooting Support for Iowa TIER

To support schools with questions and troubleshooting regarding use of the Iowa TIER data system, each AEA has designated staff who can help. These positions are responsible for supporting implementation of Iowa TIER through the help desk system management and developing and managing training and support materials.
