A committee has been asked to explore options for reimbursement of cell phone usage for agency business. The committee needs some information to help understand how people experience the cell phone reimbursement process. All staff members are asked to please take a minute to click on the link below and answer one to four brief questions. The committee would like your response even if you do not currently participate in the reimbursement process. If you do not currently use a cell phone for agency business, you will choose “no” as your answer to the first question and then you will be done with the survey. Please respond by Friday, April 3. Thank you!

Update of 2009-2010 Agency Calendar
Planning for next year is going well and many internal and external meetings have been set for next year. Click here to download the most current calendar. You will find agency-wide events as well as meetings for many work groups. This should help you to plan your own calendar for next year.
All of these dates are also on the Internal Kerio Calendar. It is very easy to cut and paste these events into your own personal calendar. Click here and scroll down to the third article for directions on how to do this. You will want to search first for your events. (For example if you attend a monthly meeting, view by list and then search for all the times your meeting occurs.) You can then copy the entire list into your personal calendar. Once items are copied into your calendar, they will not be updated automatically if the meeting is rescheduled. Meeting organizers need to notify Anita Davids and all participants of any changes.

Technology Update
Dial-Through Phone Access Code Change
Please remember that on April 1 the access code for "dial-through" service will be changed. “Work At Home” staff or other employees who must use personal cell phones to conduct agency business should contact their supervisor for the new code. This service is intended to protect the privacy of staff working in these environments and to ensure that return calls are not made to personal lines outside of business hours. Using the service consists of calling a toll-free number in much the same way that you would use a calling card.
