Reminder: New Business Card Order Form and Process
The Business Card Order Form has been revised to reflect updated contact information. Orders should now be sent to Creative Services in the Johnston REC or emailed to creativeservices@heartlandaea.org.
The order form is archived on the Intranet > Communications > Forms. If you have previous forms saved on your computer, please delete them, or if you have hard copies in your office, please recycle them. All forms must be submitted with an account number to charge. If you do not know your account number, ask your supervisor or administrative assistant.
To avoid confusion for our schools and families, we ask that you please use your contract title when requesting business cards and in your email signature. Contract titles are used in our online directory and our Staff & Schools Directory, so using a different title can be confusing for those trying to contact us. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please also allow two weeks for delivery of requested business cards.

Save the Date: Behavior Capacity Building Strand Session on Sept. 10
Please hold Sept. 10 for the Behavior Capacity Strand learning opportunity. This will be a mandatory meeting. On Sept. 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., all participants in the Behavior Strand will come together for a day of professional learning around applications of MTSS in the area of behavior/learning supports. The session will be held at the FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny. Also, this is rivalry week in the state of Iowa on the football field, so feel free to show your support for your favorite college or high school team by wearing team apparel. Thank you for continuing to support children and youth in the work that you do!
2014-15 Van Route List Now Available
The van route list for the 2014-15 school year is now available. It is also archived on the Intranet > Communications > Communication Resources & Publications and on our agency website for access by our districts and schools.
Reminder: Remove “Email Has Changed” Message in Email Signature
During the Agency’s transition to Google Mail and our new “heartlandaea.org” email domain, it was recommended that staff add the statement “Please note that my email has changed to jdoe@heartlandaea.org” to their email signatures. It’s been over a year since the Agency transitioned to Google Mail, so now is probably an appropriate time to begin to remove those statements from your email signatures. Thanks for doing a little housekeeping!
