2011-2012 Internal Staff Calendar Updated

The Internal Staff calendar has been updated in Kerio. You can go to the “Public folders” folder in Kerio and scroll down to the Calendar_Internal. You can easily copy the meetings into your own calendar.

If you have any questions about these meeting dates, please contact Anita Davids at adavids@aea11.k12.ia.us or ext. 14613.

Updated Resource Scheduler Database

Do you use the Resource Scheduler database to reserve meeting rooms or check out equipment? Starting August 30, your login will be changed to match your Peoplebox database login. Also, in order to have the reservations email notifications sent properly, a drop down box with all of the users of the database has been created on both the room and equipment reservations pages.

If you have any questions, please contact Maureen Whited at mwhited@aea11.k12.ia.us or ext. 14533.

Changes to Vacancy Posting Notices

Currently, vacancy notices are posted each Wednesday and Friday on the Agency’s website, sent through the Communications Department email and posted in all Heartland AEA offices. Beginning August 31, vacancy notices will continue to be posted on the website and in the main office and branch offices as usual. However, the email will now include a direct link to the vacancy posting section of our website and will no longer include specific information about postings. Designated personnel from each office will be sent a PDF of the vacancies to print and post in the offices.
