The 4D team has been hard at work improving PeopleBox Online (the Agency’s database that includes contact information for school staff). A new feature has been added called the Email Center. Users have always been able to send emails through the web version of PeopleBox, but the new feature will allow users to review and re-send previously sent emails, view the recipients of emails they have sent and save draft messages. Take Note of Internal Technology Dept. Hours During the Summer
In last week’s Connection, several options were listed for summer flex hours for staff members. With supervisor approval, employees may begin their day as early as 7:00 a.m. and finish as late as 5:00 p.m. When considering the possibility of flex hours, please be aware that Internal Technology support will only be available during our regular agency hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
