Thanks for Attending Last Week’s All-Staff Meeting!

It was great to see everyone at last Friday’s All-Staff meeting. We had a great turnout—larger than we expected—which we were very happy to see! We hope you enjoyed the cooler weather and were able to take advantage of the information presented by the vendors at the Benefits/Wellness fair. We also heard feedback that you enjoyed the laughter that the “Guys in Ties” brought to the meeting.

Here are links to some of the items that were featured during the meeting:

Out-of-Area Travel Form Revised to Reflect Parking Receipt Change

In order to be consistent with receipt requirements, parking receipts are now required when the expense is $25 or more. You still need to retain receipts for parking expenses below $25 until January following the end of the fiscal year. The Out-of-Area Travel/Professional Development form has been updated to reflect the change and you can download it by clicking here. The Staff Handbook will be updated soon as well. If you have any questions, contact Brian Whalen, Business Manager, at bwhalen@heartlandaea.org or ext. 14005 or Mary Heaberlin, Accounting Technician, at mheaberlin@heartlandaea.org or ext. 14818.
