The name for Conference Room 1 at 6445 has been changed to Conference Room 119. The room holds 10 comfortably and contains a large LCD and projector screen. An additional conference room has been added, Conference Room 118 (Steve Prall's former office) holds 10 comfortably, but currently does not contain an LCD or projector screen. Both rooms can be found on the Resource Scheduler.
What was formerly known as the Cabinet Room will now be referred to as Conference Room 116. Staff wishing to reserve Conference Room 116 and the Board Room need to contact one of the Administrative or Executive Assistants that work in the Administration Center.

Baxter Schools Email
We recently received word that some of our staff members were still using the old Baxter CSD email format @po-1.baxter.k12.ia.us. Emails that contain the “po-1” are undeliverable. Please use the following email format when doing business with Baxter school personnel. Emails are in correct format in our PeopleBox directory.
