A committee has been asked to explore options for reimbursement of cell phone usage for agency business. The committee needs some information to help understand how people experience the cell phone reimbursement process. All staff members are asked to please take a minute to click on the link below and answer one to four brief questions. The committee would like your response even if you do not currently participate in the reimbursement process. If you do not currently use a cell phone for agency business, you will choose “no” as your answer to the first question and then you will be done with the survey. Please respond by Friday, April 3.
