Biometric Screenings Back On-site at Agency Offices!

After a pandemic pause, on-site biometric screening events with a Hy-Vee dietitian are back for the 2021-22 wellness year. Below is a list of the upcoming scheduled events. You can register for an appointment at one of the offices by following these instructions.

• Johnston - Nov. 11, 2021, Dec. 2, 2021, Jan. 6, 2022, Feb. 3, 2022, March 3, 2022, April 7, 2022, May 5, 2022
