Water You Drinking This Week??
See the flyer below for information about our third "Flash" Challenge of the Wellness year. Flash challenges are fun challenges conducted for a week or less. The goal is to log at least 8 cups of water each day of this flash challenge -- March 30 through April 3. Log at least 8 cups of water every day of this flash challenge and verify your participation. Activity can only be recorded during that period of time.
