Transition Results Show Improvement in Outcomes for Students and Families

Heartland AEA was recently notified of the results of work completed through transition activities during the 2014-15 school year. Our agency had a significant increase in B13 compliance this year—from 90.95% to 98.74%. We are very excited about this progress and would like to thank everyone for their time and effort in continuing to improve transition outcomes for students and families!
