Agency staff members are reminded that e-mails sent to aea11.k12.ia.us addresses will continue to be forwarded to staff Gmail addresses through June 30, 2014. Staff can access archived email in Kerio but can no longer send mail from Kerio.
Please use the time between now and June 30 to update any accounts that are tied to an aea11.k12.ia.us e-mail address. Also, if you haven’t done so lately, consider reviewing the Email Migration tab on the Employee Dashboard. Among the resources available is information about how to create groups or email lists in Gmail.
