Remember that we would like each staff member to review two evaluations using the checklist before the November regional/office meeting. As you complete this activity, please give us your feedback.

There are three questions for you to respond to with your feedback. Just type your responses under each question. It will automatically save. If you go back to the document, you will be able to see your comments and those of everyone who has contributed.
