Altoona, Indianola and Knoxville Staff: You Can Now Access Your Offices with Agency Keycards

We’re happy to have added the ability for you to access the Altoona, Indianola and Knoxville regional offices with agency ID keycards! If you already had access to the Johnston REC, Administration Center or Adel and Ames regional offices, you can now access three more locations. 

If you haven't tried your keycard at these offices yet, please do. If you have any issues, email Colleen Miller with photos of the front and back of your card, and she will help you get access. 

We also would like to point out that if you also have other keycards, please keep them separate when trying to use them to open the door. Having more than one card can confuse the card reader and end up denying you access.
