You need to have the Zoom app open and be logged in with your Heartland AEA email address in order to receive calls and texts for your Zoom Phone number. The Zoom app can be open and minimized or in the background; it does not need to be "in front" on your computer or iPad. If the Zoom app is not open, or you are signed out, calls will be sent directly to voicemail, and text messages will not appear until you have signed in again.
