New “Traveling With Family” Info Added to Out-of-Area Travel Request System
A new choice has been added to the Out-of-Area Travel Request system that pertains to traveling with family. This choice is presented when creating the Travel Request. The purpose of the addition is to inform employees of the Agency’s guidelines regarding traveling with family and to encourage employees to carpool and share rooms when possible. If you choose to travel with family, the employee is responsible for room upgrades (costs above the single rate) and additional travel costs associated with family.
