An additional process is in place for workgroups with less than 12 FTE due to the unique nature of their work and the need for additional consultation on assignments. For these small workgroups, hiring managers have pulled together staff members to lead a discussion about assignments and allocations.
Based on data for the current assignments (e.g., number of IEPs and IFSPs), current allocations and knowledge of current assignments, the group can make recommendations about any changes to allocations/assignments that would be beneficial, while maintaining the board-approved FTE for each workgroup.
