On January 23, office meetings and special education meetings were once again held for Heartland staff. We asked for your feedback on the day and want to provide you with an update regarding what we heard. Below you will see the data from the 169 staff members who took the opportunity to provide feedback on the office meeting part of the day and from the 135 staff members who evaluated the special education meetings related to our Polishing Our Practice sessions. Overall, you indicated that the objectives for the day were clear and met, but we continue to need to be more planful to ensure that your time is spent efficiently and effectively by differentiating and using examples that connect to all workgroups. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We will continue to use your feedback as we plan future meetings.
