New Intranet Launches Jan. 5 and The Connection Will Have a New Home!


The Agency’s Intranet is getting a complete makeover! 
All the information you know and trust in order to be a Heartland AEA employee will now be available on a brand new site with a new design and better navigation. The site will also feature enhanced web accessibility for those who use screen readers and a responsive design that allows the site to be accessible on mobile devices.

The new Intranet will also be more secure, so it will require you to log in with your Google username and password to access the sections of information below.

The Connection Will Have a New Home 
Another change is that the Intranet will be the new home of The Connection. Each week’s update will now be linked from the Intranet, so you’ll need to log in to the site to access the articles. We’ll continue to send an email each Monday with the titles of all the articles listed. We know this will take a little getting used to, but we think it will be beneficial to bring The Connection under the same roof as the rest of our employee content. 

Jan. 5 Launch 
The new Intranet will launch on Jan. 5, 2022, and the link on the Employee Dashboard will be updated on that day. Note that any bookmarks you have saved to the current Intranet will no longer work after that date.
