McCarty Joins Agency’s Communications Department

Julie McCarty has joined the Agency’s Communications Department as a Communications Specialist, taking over the role previously held by Claire Sowder. She will have responsibility for many of the same tasks as Claire, including social media, the Administrator Connection and the Educator Connection.
