Just a friendly reminder: there is a form to use when scheduling conference rooms in the Johnston REC and off-site meeting spaces. The Conference Room Request & Set-Up form is to be used when scheduling large events--rooms cannot be reserved until the form is completed. The form captures information about room set-up, catering and technology needs and helps us to better coordinate events to meet the needs of our visitors. The form is archived on the Intranet under Event Planning, Room Scheduling & Set-Up.
Please also note that if you are planning to teach a professional development class, you must have a room reserved for the class before you submit a Course Proposal to Professional Development.
