The Agency has created a new process and form for scheduling large conference room spaces at the Johnston Regional Education Center (REC) (Conference Rooms 3 & 4, 13A & B, 14 and 18) as well as off-site meeting spaces that require a fee (except those scheduled for regional meetings and regional planning council meetings). The new process will make room scheduling for large groups more streamlined and will help us better coordinate events to meet the needs of our visitors.
We have created a form that captures the information needed to schedule large events, and rooms cannot be reserved until the form is completed. The new form also incorporates room set-up, so there will no longer be a separate form for room set-up. Please delete or recycle any previous room set-up forms you may have.
