All full-time and part-time staff members will enroll for benefits using their IFAS Employee Dashboard. Please use Firefox as your Internet browser when enrolling. (You can use Safari, but you may encounter problems, and Internet Explorer is not recommended.) To access the enrollment pages, click on the Benefits Enrollment tab at the top of the Dashboard page and proceed to enroll in your benefits.

Part-time staff will enroll/or waive coverage in medical flex spending as well as voluntary vision insurance. Full-time staff will also enroll in medical and dental coverage.

When you have completed enrollment for all benefits for which you are eligible, you will see a list of the benefits you have selected, the names of dependents you have enrolled in each benefit and the amount that will be deducted from your paycheck each month. When you have made any needed changes, confirm your selections and print the confirmation page for your records. You may return to the enrollment pages any time before April 26 to change your elections, even if you had previously received a confirmation of your choices.

If you will not be able to attend a benefits meeting or if would like to review the information presented at these meetings, you can find all benefit presentations posted on the Intranet under the Benefits tab. It will not be necessary to pick up a packet of information/forms.

Online enrollment for the certified non-union group (program leaders, assistant directors, directors, etc.) is delayed until further notice. You may enroll in dental, vision and flex and return to complete your health enrollment when you are notified it is available.

All enrollment must be completed by Sunday, April 26 at midnight.

Questions about your benefits may be directed to Kathy Martin at ext.14385 or Steve Zimmerman ext.14534. Technology questions about the online enrollment system may be directed to Lori Thelen at ext. 14669 or Maureen Whited at ext. 14533. Please take a minute to thank our great Technology staff for all their hard work to make online enrollment a reality.
