Article 18: Compensation
- Total package increase of 3.75%, including Teacher Salary Supplement (TSS), for 2015-16
- Total package increase of 3.9%, including Teacher Salary Supplement (TSS), for 2016-17
- 2 steps will be added to the BA lanes in 2015-16 and 2 additional steps in 2016-17
- 5 days of leave can be used for the purpose of sick family/weather and will be deducted from annual sick leave allotment (18 days)
- All articles will be in effect until June 30, 2017.
Article 14: Wages
- Total package increase of 3.0% for 2015-16
- Total package increase of 3.0% for 2016-17
- Full implementation of longevity pay
- 5 days of leave can be used for the purpose of sick family/weather and will be deducted from annual sick leave allotment (18 days)
- Language clarifies specific paid holidays for 12-month and 218-, 199- and 185-day employees
- All articles will be in effect until June 30, 2017.
A Meet and Confer session for Classified Non-Union staff has been scheduled for April 20 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. in Rooms 107 A/B. More information about the agenda will follow.
