Staff will continue to play an important role in sharing input regarding our agency culture and climate in the future. For 2011-12, the Staff Advisory Council will officially sunset and our planning councils will serve as the formal forums for communicating staff input. Staff feedback can always be provided to supervisors and Human Resource staff. While we hope these opportunities for staff input will be efficient and meaningful, please let us know if you have other ideas you would like us to consider throughout the year.
